By accessing the Upskillza Hub website, registering for any course, or making a payment, you ("Student") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in full.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Upskillza Hub Training Institute, headquartered in Hyderabad, India. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not enrol in or attend any of our training programs.

These Terms apply to all training programs, demo sessions, webinars, study materials, and any other services provided by Upskillza Hub, whether delivered online or in person.

• Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment of the course fee (full or first EMI instalment).
• Students must provide accurate personal information at the time of registration. Upskillza Hub reserves the right to cancel enrollment if false information is discovered.
• Each enrollment is personal and non-transferable. Access to course content, recordings, and WhatsApp support groups cannot be shared with or transferred to another individual.
• Students under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian's consent before enrolling.
• Upskillza Hub reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any applicant at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.
• Batch assignments are made by Upskillza Hub based on availability. Students may request a batch preference, which will be accommodated subject to seat availability.

• All course fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit card, or approved EMI options. Details will be shared at the time of enrollment.
• For EMI plans, each instalment is due on the agreed date. Failure to pay an instalment on time may result in suspension of access to classes and study material until payment is cleared.
• Upskillza Hub reserves the right to revise course fees for future batches at any time. The fee applicable to you is the one confirmed at the time of your enrollment.
• Fee receipts or payment acknowledgements will be shared via WhatsApp or email upon request.
• All transactions are processed securely. Upskillza Hub does not store card or banking credentials.

🔄 Batch Transfer (Health & Emergency)

• All courses are delivered live online via Google Meet. Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a compatible device.
• Session schedules are communicated in advance. Upskillza Hub reserves the right to reschedule or substitute a session in case of trainer unavailability, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable prior notice.
• All sessions are recorded and shared with enrolled students for personal revision purposes only. Recordings may not be shared with, distributed to, or used by any third party.
• Course content, syllabus, and delivery format may be updated from time to time to reflect the latest ServiceNow platform updates and industry standards.
• Students are allocated a ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI) for hands-on practice. Students are responsible for maintaining their PDI and must comply with ServiceNow's developer instance policies.
• Upskillza Hub provides study material, slides, and lab guides for enrolled students. These materials are for personal use only and are covered under the Intellectual Property clause below.

Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behaviour throughout the program. Upskillza Hub reserves the right to remove any student who violates these standards without refund.

• Treat trainers, staff, and fellow students with respect and courtesy at all times, in live sessions and in WhatsApp support groups.
• No recording of live sessions by students without explicit written consent from Upskillza Hub management.
• Students must not share login credentials, session links, study material, or recorded content with non-enrolled individuals.
• Disruptive behaviour, abusive language, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
• Students must attend sessions with their camera on (where required by the trainer) and maintain a distraction-free environment.
• Any form of academic dishonesty, including submitting another person's work as your own or cheating in assessments, will result in immediate disqualification.

All content created or provided by Upskillza Hub — including but not limited to course material, slides, lab guides, video recordings, website content, and training methodologies — is the exclusive intellectual property of Upskillza Hub Training Institute.

• Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use course materials solely for personal learning during the course duration.
• Reproduction, redistribution, uploading to any platform, reselling, or sharing of any Upskillza Hub content — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• The Upskillza Hub name, logo, and branding are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use is not permitted.
• ServiceNow® is a registered trademark of ServiceNow, Inc. Upskillza Hub is an independent training provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ServiceNow, Inc.

Upskillza Hub is committed to protecting your personal data and privacy.

• By enrolling, you consent to Upskillza Hub collecting and processing your name, contact number, email, and course preferences for enrollment, communication, and support purposes.
• Your data will never be sold to third parties. It may be shared with placement partners or hiring network partners solely for career support purposes, with your consent.
• You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at sales@upskillzahub.com. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.
• Upskillza Hub may use anonymised, aggregated data (e.g., placement statistics, batch completion rates) for marketing and reporting purposes.
• By joining the WhatsApp support group, you agree that your name and messages may be visible to other group members (trainers and enrolled students only).

• Upskillza Hub provides training, guidance, and placement support in good faith. However, we do not guarantee job placement or a specific salary package upon course completion. Outcomes depend on individual performance, market conditions, and employer decisions.
• Upskillza Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from enrollment, course attendance, or use of study materials.
• Our maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the total course fee paid by the student for the specific program in question.
• Upskillza Hub is not responsible for technical issues on the student's end (internet connectivity, device compatibility, etc.) that affect their ability to attend live sessions.
• Force majeure events — including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or platform downtime — will not entitle students to a refund but may qualify them for a batch transfer at our discretion.

Upskillza Hub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made:

• The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
• For material changes, enrolled students will be notified via WhatsApp or email at least 7 days in advance.
• Continued participation in any Upskillza Hub program after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you disagree with any changes, you must notify us before the effective date. We will work with you in good faith to resolve concerns.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
